…period of time. ReCraft Construction and Green Remodeling was contracted to not only fix this significant issue, but also renovate and update the home aesthetically. ReCraft started by removing stone and stucco from the façade, removing the sheetrock, baseboards, sheathing, insulatoin, balcony floor-pan and siding and replacing all of the damaged wood on the frame of the house. We then properly rebuilt the bay window and second story patio, which entailed significant stone and stucco work to recreate the original look of the home.
