Room Addition West University – This West University home had a large attic space that was finished out for use as a guest room or quarters. We added a stair case that opened into the room in order to maximize the natural light from a window. We plumbed and built a bathroom, and built custom shelving to fit around a ‘mini-split’ air conditioning unit, which is a highly efficient air conditioning that is perfect for a single room such as this.
